Orders & Shipping
Everything you need to know about ordering and delivery from Aurvaay. Last updated: August 22, 2025.
1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we’ll email you to confirm receipt. You’ll receive a second email when your order is dispatched — that’s when your order is accepted and on its way.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll send a confirmation email/SMS. Your order is accepted only after you confirm via the link or reply.
2. Dispatch & Packaging
Products may be dispatched in single or multiple shipments depending on availability and warehouse routing.
Every item is quality-checked, sealed, and securely packed before handover to our trusted delivery partners.
3. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the address and time window provided. If they’re unable to reach you or access the address, they’ll contact you to reattempt delivery.
4. Processing Time
We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Estimated delivery time is 5 – 8 days from order confirmation, depending on your pin code and courier network.
5. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above (order value after discounts, before taxes unless otherwise stated).
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies.
6. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at the moment.
7. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can also find live status under My Orders in your account.
8. Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address after placing an order? Reach us at info@aurvaay.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible and re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we’ll contact you for a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. Prepaid orders can be refunded minus shipping charges as per our refund policy.
10. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos. If you discover damage after accepting, write to info@aurvaay.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and images so we can assist.
11. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During festivals, sale periods, or extreme weather, deliveries may take longer. We’ll keep you updated via email/SMS on any significant delays.
