Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support at info@aurvaay.com.
After 12 hours, cancellations are not available as your order is processed for delivery.
* Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Refund & Return Eligibility
Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please provide clear photographs and a short unboxing video if a product is damaged.
Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.
- Change of mind or personal preference is not eligible for return.
- Allergic reactions or products not suiting individual body types are not eligible. Please review ingredients before use.
- Product efficacy varies by body type, diet, lifestyle.
- Used or partially used products cannot be returned.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund or return, email info@aurvaay.com with your Order ID, purchase date, reason for return/refund, and photographic/video evidence.
We will review and respond within 48 working hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up of your product.
* Return items must be unopened and with the original packaging and tags.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
* Extra processing time may be required by your bank.
